The customer service is excellent and here's why,,,
I am having major surgery and needed to pause my order for a little bit, with just one text he took care of this matter at once. Now I dont have to call or worry about an order stacking up and being left in the rain while I'm in the hospital. Excellent customer service. I love this product as my house never smells like I have a cat. It works Excellent and I never have to worry about smelling the litter box.

We are very pleased with PrettyLitter
We are very pleased with PrettyLitter. We have used traditional litters in the past, and this does not create dust like they do. It is easy to scoop and odor free which is more than I can say for traditional litters.

Love love love the product
Love love love the product! Truly makes my cat's box odour-free, ammonia smell completely gone. And my baby loves it, even when he's having issues - before he would only have diarrhea on rugs; now only in his box. There's something about the crystals he likes that works. I'm so impressed with the difference this litter has made, kudos and thank you!

Mom, Razz and Pretty Litter
Sometime ago I wanted to start using Pretty Litter but thought it was just to expensive. Several months ago I decided to try it. I figured if I didn't like it I could cancel future orders. The 1st bag arrived right up to my door. I was thrilled it was fairly light and I could pick it up. I followed the direction and how easy it was. Regular litter is heavy including the "light weight litter". With this type of litter you poor the entire bag in the litter box and walk away. I was constantly scooping and sweeping with the other litter. It will change colors if something is wrong with your cat. My 6 year old cat,Razz, didn't have any trouble changing to Pretty Litter. This litter gets a definite 10. Thank you for giving me and Razz the opportunity to share our story.

Great service but prices are not good
Great service but prices are not good. I can get 8 lbs at Walmart cheaper. Lower your price.

We feel paw-ful for any confusion around our bag size and pricing. 🙁 Our non-clumping PrettyLitter ships in a 6lb bag from our online website, while some of our retail partners – like Target, Walmart, and PetSmart – offer an 8lb bag alternative. The price of our 6lb subscription bag includes delivery, while the 8lb bag in-store does not. We understand cost impacts every household differently, and we never want it to come between you and your kitty’s wellness. We l-o-v-e being your kitty’s choice for long-term litter care and hope to keep it that way! So, if shopping in-store is a better fit for your needs, we will continue to make sure we find space on-shelf at the stores you trust and value most.

Never received…
I ordered Pretty Litter and was excited to try it. I have a PO Box for mailing and that is what I used for shipping. Unfortunately, after a month, I still never received the product. I reached out to customer service and eventually was able to get a refund. Customer Service was very easy to use and understanding. Unfortunately, I was never able to try the actual product.
