PPS exceeded my expectations! I sent a wall hanging as a wedding gift and it never arrived at the destination. PPS followed up to see if I liked what was sent and when I let them know it never arrived they contacted the deliverers and ended up just making a new one and sending it at no extra charge. I was so thankful that they were kind enough to remake and send the product to the newly wedded couple. I highly recommend purchasing products through them as they are quality and have great customer service as well.

I ordered and thought it was going to be a vertical sign but it was horizontal.I sent a message saying I was expecting the vertical view. Pretty Perfect quickly replaced the sign to my vision. Love the sign and framing and of course the customer service. Really happy and will definitely order again.

I just love working with businesses that deliver on their products. Not only did they customize my order to include a different language, but they made it a point to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Then to top it off, as soon as its delivered they contacted me to make sure it was what I asked for. This was an amazing experience and can't wait to find something else I can buy from pretty perfect studio as well as refer may friends and family to them.
