When we made the order we were told…
When we made the order we were told that if we expedite the product it will arrive 3-5 business days. The product was delivered after the event. Which was pretty embarrassing. We were all looking forward to wearing the shirts. In your response you stated that it was communicated to me about the 3-5 process and 3-5 to expedite. I want to make clear if it was told to me I would have done the order. I explained in my email the dates I needed the shirts by and that's where I was told if I expedite my order it will arrive with in 3-5 business days. Which when we decided to expedite the orders not before.

This was communicated to you during the order process, and we refunded the expedited shipping fee as our apologies to you. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.
