Booked an appointment in an instant, was able to see the results being updated for each test the day after. Most importantly it was confidential and convenient.

Bought a test, they said I could use it within 90 days. I used it same day and results came in within 72 hours. I even got to choose the place where I wanted wanted go to get tested. Highly recommend.

I was pleased with how the test was handled. Quest Diagnostic did ask for my ID and address etc. I was told that they would not ask for that. But it wasn't a big deal, I was just surprised when I was asked. She seemed confused as to what to do.

Thank you for this information, we apologize for how Quest handled your intake. The only information the lab tech needs is what is described in your order email, nothing else. If that is not the case, then we will contact the appropriate managers and administrators at Quest to ensure corrective action will be taken. We're glad to hear the rest of your testing experience was a good one and appreciate your feedback!
