Everything went well
Everything went well, except the estimated wait time at the facility was 8 minutes and it was more like an hour. Other than that, it was good. Thank you.

We have no control over the wait times they list, which nearly always reflect accurate wait times. The staff was friendly
The staff was friendly, courteous and patient. I was made to feel comfortable as I did have a little anxiety. Will use their services again when lab work is needed.

Quick, easy and affordable
Bought online, didn't need an appointment at clinic, my samples were taken within 10 minutes, my results were available online the next day. The cost was very reasonable.
