Responsive, effective, and efficient To improve this service, I would recommend a cost-effective method such as the ability to add health insurance as a payment method. I used this service because I was desperate due to the health department was unable to see me until November 5th and my PHCP had no openings. I needed assistance ASAP which was effectively handled and my health crisis was resolved immediately; however, I had to pay $366 for labs and $65 for a consult for medication which my insurance would have covered if the other two options would have been available. I did not feel an emergency visit was warranted; although I suppose I could have gone to a walk-in clinic. But I do appreciate the lab orders were immediate no waiting in line and the doctor called within 30 minutes of screening and called the prescription in ASAP. Very thankful but would appreciate it if I was able to bill my health insurance plan or apply to my deductable.

We also receive a significant discount on lab fees compared to self-pay, which insurance may or may not cover; this way we can grantee a set price in advance.
