Great Experience Overall
Quick, easy and professional experience. Knocked 1 star just because I wasn't completely aware of the rules I was supposed to follow before showing up ie no peeing 1 hour before if one of the tests you are taking a test that requires urine samples. There should be a clear indicator on the receipt. In any event, i'd use them again. Price is worth it for me for the speed, efficiency and professionalism.

We have recently updated our confirmation emails with specific instructions on collection requirements for urine screenings, and now clearly indicate time requirements for valid sample submission. It looks like your order was placed 3 days before this change went into effect unfortunately. quick but expensive and doesn't cover surfaces
Very quick, but too expensive. I won’t be getting tested here again. First, for $200, I was expecting swab tests as well for HSV, but it was just blood. Research indicates the test Priority performs is in the 90%-tile accuracy, which is cool. Swab tests would be more useful for symptoms. Secondly, the advertisements are misleading. Same Day testing for sure, but that doesn't mean same day results. Results according to the page are 24 - 72 hours. Results according to the supposed 'contractor' is 72 - 96 hours. If you call the number posted on the page about the difference in hours, it redirects you to the 'contractor.' I don't know what this arrangement is, but it's intentionally misleading so the company can lie about its wait times. **Results did only take a day though. Strutsf.org is a much better option that covers surfaces not just blood. It's free too. They'll give you an appointment time or you can set one on their app.
