Convenient, but they said that they were open Saturday and I called at least 5 times, apparently they took the day off

We're sorry to hear that you tried to reach us during non-business hours. It is clearly stated on the top of our website that we are only open from M-F 7:00am-7:00pm CST. Excellent overall
It was easy to navigate the website, make the appointment, and go to the lab. However, I was on hold for more than 10 min to wait for the results. I would have preferred the option of receiving the PDF from the start.

There was one small problem with the …
There was one small problem with the type of testing I paid for but Luke in the Admin office cleared it up right away and addressed the issue for further clients at the Quest Diagnostics location I used. Because of this, I would definitely recommend them for other partakers. SMF

Fast and Easy.
So quick and easy. No wait, totally private, no questions asked. Go in, get a test within minutes, and get results 24 hours later. Over-the-phone counselors were suprisingly knowledgeable, as well. While this testing option is costly, it's worth it.
