PrkedReviews of prked.com

Easy to use. Wish the final price with fees was shown up front. A spot advertised for $20 cost $40.

My initial reservation was a scam. The fake host used a picture of a different house and another random address. When I parked they then refused access and told me to leave for no reason. I felt unsafe because I didn't know who's house I was parked at or who I was communicating with and they stopped responding. The hosts need to be vetted more, I'm afraid this person might try to steal my identity or something now. Luckily I rebooked with another host last minute and they were great.

This place is 20min WALK to stadium! There are other parking closer for less. The community is gated not in garage.

I paid for a parking spot for a football game. When I arrived at the address given, the house owners said they had not rented any spaces and not ever rent any spaces. I then attempted to call the number provided on the reservation, and was told it was a wrong number. I tried to contact prked.com by phone and got an unofficial-sounding voicemail. UPDATE: The company responded to my complaint later the same day and indicated they would provide a refund and remove the problematic listing from their site. Although I ended up having to find last minute parking elsewhere, the company was polite and apologized, and sought to make amends for the problem.
