Only not 5 because it was a 30 minute walk to the stadium but other than that it was great!

Parking was safe and readily available outside the host’s home (Andrew in the Ontario/Rancho, CA area). However, there were no instructions provided on the booking details about how to access the community since it needed a code to open the gate. The host was initially unresponsive which almost resulted in me missing my Uber pickup. Fortunately we got in when someone else opened the gate. Eventually, the host called me back and provided the information (not before being confused about what Prked was and telling me he never signed up for such an app). He did give me the gate code and answered my questions quickly via text, so all worked out in the end. But a lot of uncertainty and stress could have been avoided if the necessary information had been provided on the app in advance - as the FAQ’s indicate is required for gated parking. As for the booking process and experience, it was very quick and simple, so no complaints there.

I’m from out of town so I was not sure what to expect. The listing was accurate. Parking spot was easy to find. Overall good experience. I’ll use again.

The parking was easy and convenient. The host was pleasant. We did have to get an Uber to get to the Royal Caribbean cruise line. It was walking distance to the downtown area. Our car was safe.We were very pleased.

Really cool idea for a service! Was happy to use it for the World Cup. The website performed well, notifications were timely, and being able to contact my host was easy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the insane service that was added at checkout. 30% of my purchase as an added service fee almost made me not use it

Michelle was very friendly & professional! Make sure you park in the driveway.

Easy walk, was just a little confused on which door to knock on. But overall great experience. Avoided most of the traffic on the way in and out.

Site is great, user friendly and easy to use with great interface. Only thing fees are high 30-40% on top price, and fees not disclosed until check out
