They designed something that resembled a 5 year-olds work, I had to design my own logo after they made several attempts and they ended up stealing my domain without my authorization. They are in bed with name.com whom is also responsible. I reported both parties to ICANN and they suggested filing a lawsuit against both parties! I suggest finding someone else! Now they are claiming that they gave me a refund, which is an outright lie! They did NOT make any attempts to make things right-also a lie.

However, we would like to clarify that this appears to be the third review concerning the same customer experience, submitted using different email addresses. We made multiple attempts to address your concerns and ultimately issued you a refund in an effort to resolve the matter. We also strongly disagree with the allegation that we “stole” your domain. We take domain ownership and client property very seriously and are prepared to provide the relevant documentation to Trustpilot if requested. We respect every customer’s right to leave an honest review, including a negative one. Our concern is solely with multiple reviews being submitted for the same experience under different email addresses. We have served many satisfied clients and will continue focusing on providing professional service and resolving concerns fairly whenever they arise.
