I paid for a gift card I haven’t received it yet

It took almost three times to get parts and products shipped without being damaged because of improper packaging. And maybe more description of where to find all the parts like the center rails or in the framing and better labeling of the end frames and center frames. But it is a very sturdy desk and didn't take me long to put together the video that you can watch from scanning the QR code is excellent and very well explained motor is definitely quiet I love the four memorized positions and plenty of room and I do suggest getting the monitor stands cuz it even gives you more room.

I can't find any information regarding the size of the screw holes underneath the feet, making it difficult to locate the correct size thread to put my desk on wheels. Other than that, the desk is fine. I wish they sold a manual option as well since I will likely never need to raise or lower it.

Ordered this early December. Finally received the product late January. They didn't even process my order for 2 weeks. Support couldn't do much to help things along. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to get my purchased product to me. Wanted it as a Christmas present but ended up waiting 2 months instead. The product is great and my desk is everything i wanted it to be. Assembly was a little tricky, but nothing i couldn't figure out. A video of assembly would have been nice.

I would post a review but I have no idea what or who I would be reviewing. I have no record of buying from this company so I assume I purchased something thru a mass e-retailer such as ebay or Amazon in which case I would need to know what it was.

I like the product, but the quality is a bit inconsistent. Hoping to see some tighter quality control in the future.
