Absolutely love my LED mask, I have definitely noticed an improvement with my acne. When I first ordered my mask, I was supposed to also receive my lifting and plumping gel, although it didn’t come with my order. The team promptly contacted me and sent the gel without me having to follow up, amazing customer service. I definitely will be purchasing again

Terrible customer service and two faulty products. I have purchased two Project E Beauty LED masks. For the first mask, the velcro kept coming off, despite super gluing it back down. Amazon gave me a full refund 9 months after my purchase. I purchase the second mask directly from Project E Beauty because I thought the warranty would be more straightforward. However, the battery pack has completely failed 6 months after purchase. It won't stay charged for even one 3 minute LED session. I tried to get a refund for this issue. Under Australia Consumer Law if a product has a major fault, consumers can seek a refund, regardless of the store's refund policy. The company has refused to comply with this law and has been very slow in responding to me. IF you buy one of their products, purchase through Amazon because they will at least comply with Australian law.
