I bought the Sera vacuum contour device and have been using it for 4 weeks and have definitely noticed a change. Customer service was brilliant and fast shipping. I was even contacted after the purchase offering a free gift which I'm happy to report I did receive. My next purchase will be a LED face mask.

I’ve been using the Project E Beauty LumaLux Face + Neck Mask for several months and honestly, the results on my skin have been really good. My skin looked more glowy, healthier, and overall more refreshed with consistent use. Recently, I experienced an issue with the control box where it stopped functioning properly during sessions. At first I was worried because beauty tech devices are a big investment, but I’m genuinely impressed with how the customer service team handled the situation. After I explained the issue, provided videos/photos, and went through troubleshooting steps, the team reviewed my case carefully and arranged a replacement control box under warranty quite quickly. I especially appreciate that the support team remained patient, professional, and responsive throughout the process. No brand is perfect, but good customer service really matters when issues happen, and I’m happy with how Project E Beauty resolved this experience for me.

Easy and pretty quick. The only thing was with tracking, it said label was created for days so it had me worried that it was going to take weeks to receive it.

Poor logistics arrangement which took almost 2 weeks to deliver though communication via email is still prompt. Updated: owner has contacted and provided good service recovery for the lapse. Recommended!
