They billed me within 7 days of trial start, not 30 days as stated, and for a team licence, which multiplied the advertised monthly cost by 10x. This bill was for $200 per month and they were able to bill me three times before I was able to get it cancelled. $600 for a service I never once used, and according to their T&Cs there are no refunds and not a single person to call. They will not address billing issues by phone, but they do not tell you that on their 800 number. SCAM ARTISTS! STAY AWAY!!!!

Nothing to add regarding the software, but this company is extremely unprofessional. Instead of relying on its software quality and use, it scams users with misleading free trials and no-refund policies. Last month I was looking for an online programme which would allow me to open Microsoft Project files and that is how I found ProjectManager. The deal was a free trial for a month and then $15 per month, so I decided to give it a try. As soon as I accessed the software, I realised it was a lot more complex than what I needed so I never used it again. Just over a month later, I was checking my credit card statement and noticed a charge of £308 for ProjectManager! I immediately disputed the charge with my bank because I did not recognise it. After doing some more investigation, I finally tracked down what it was and asked the company to cancel my subscription and refund me. Fred C., a Customer Billing Specialist, referred me to the company’s Ts&Cs and to their strict no-refund policy. This document states that an email will be sent to remind you that your subscription is coming to an end, and afterwards you will be billed for a year’s worth of subscription. However, not only I didn’t receive the email reminding me that my free trial was coming to an end, the company also decided to charge me the equivalent to two years of $15/month! All this for a product I never used. My bank is still disputing this charge. I have contacted them several times appealing to their good customer service, but the answer has always been no. So, although I cannot comment on the software, I can only recommend everyone who cares good service to stay away.

Scam artists. Conveniently didn’t get my email to cancel when I couldn’t locate a cancellation option online. Charged $375 for a useless product, for a team of users I don’t have.

Do not sign up for free trial!!!! It's the first and last time I've made such a mistake. There wasn't a way to cancel my sign-up online and I ran out of time to contact them. Thinking I would be charged $25 for this oversight, I was charged $375USD which is $557 Australian. Just discovered this on my credit card. Due to time difference they are closed by I've left emails and phone call and I'm waiting to hear back from them. Be warned! Ok it's a few days later... I was able to get a full refund from the company. Managed to track down the email of the CEO Jason Westland. He instructed the Support team to provide the refund. The person in Support was called Fred. Hope this helps.

Caution!!! do not sign up for the free trial. if you fail to cancel the free trial you will be billed. Their support will not help you if you made an honest mistake and will only send you the NO REFUNDS policy. unscrupulous way of doing business

1. I signed for a free trial and as advertised, they will send me an email notification when the trial period is about to end. I never received an e-mail reminder. 2. I selected the $15 option for personal use for 1 user. I was charged $75 for 5 users. I never registered the number of users. 3. I did as instructed. Go to Accounts>Billing to cancel my subscription. It only reflects my card details. It doesn’t have a cancel option. I have evidences to prove my claim.

Basically a scam. Free trial rolls over into an expensive subscription. Poor explanation of billing and subscription options. can't be imported into MS Project as claimed. Limited functionality

Stay away from Free Trial. I tried free trial and after some evaluation I found out it is not adequate to manage comprehensive project . However somehow I forgot to cancel trial version. Then I realized 350 USD withdraw from my bank account . I immediately(same day) send an email indicate this is not fair so kindly ask them cancel and refund my money. They rudely reject my request and did not refund my money. KEEP AWAY
