I emailed the ProShred support team on two recent occasions and both times the Philadelphia Support team was very responsive to my emails and helped me with my questions on the first inquiry. Great job!

Great driver. Process took much quicker than expected. Able to watch the shredding on a screen. Overall great job.

Our driver was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He arrived first thing this morning and made sure the shredding bin was full enough to take, which it was not. This office has never had a shredding bin before, so we are still getting used to it being here, hence it not being full yet. We will be sure it is full when he returns next month. I look forward to working with him and ProShred moving forward!

Excellent service from the moment I contacted them. I had been waiting for another company who scheduled me, then called and said the truck broke, scheduled me again and then never showed up. I contacted ProShred, they called me right back, scheduled me, called to remind they were coming and arrived as planned. The gentleman that did the shredding was very efficient and so polite. And they were less expensive than the other company. Highly recommend. Thank you.
