This is to express to you my heartfelt appreciation for your helpfulness, efficiency and cooperation during my home purchase. It was a real delight to work with you and your team in search of a trusted lender for my new home. Your advice, compassion and availability made the process go as smoothly for me as possible. I couldn't have done it without you! Your expert advice and quick response to all of my questions were greatly appreciated. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result. I wish you much success in all your future endeavors, and I feel confident that all your future clients will also be extremely impressed with the caliber of your services. We had an excellent experience with Prospect! Our Loan Officer, Pamela Knox was knowledgeable, timely and attentive and even helped us close as soon as possible when Hurricane Matthew got in the way!

My situation I feel was very unique, I was purchasing my first owner occupied income property and to me was a major deal. While the deal was being put together before we even started my loan agents set me up immediately with the documentation needed to submit an offer immediately. Throughout the process both of the gentlemen were in constant contact with me letting me know where everything was in terms of processing, and if I felt i had not heard anything I called and they always had information for me. With my particular deal there were some snags along the way which are to be expected however, my agents were exactly that, agents. The main agents working with me "Chris" was spectacular and I feel he literally fought to the max for me and my deal. I Highly recommend Prospect Mortgage to friends, family, and anyone who asks me where to find a great lender. Thank you for all of the work that was put into my deal. This review ended up being 7 months after my deal closed by I feel this job was so well done I must follow up.

The prospect Mortgage team did an outstanding job. They dealt with a great deal of professionalism with the bureaucracy imposed by the underwriter. Great Job!!!

The Prospect Mortgage team including Sean Mcdowell and Donna Lund are the only reason I own a home today. My family and I cant thank you enough having the security and comfort of owning our own home feels great. If you want a mortgage company this is the one who will fight for you.
