The e-sign made signing documents a breeze. No piles of document to keep/file. Todd's prompt response to questions, via phone calls, text, or email is remarkable, even on holidays he gets back to you. A Great guy! To be less technical in explaining fees or to elaborate GFE of cost in laymans terminology is suggested.
