It was a pleasure to work with Tania at Prospect Mortgage. She answered all our questions and communicated with us through every step. A large portion of the paperwork was electronic. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Michael Sousa and the entire Prospect team guided us through the complicated process of buying a home and provided wonderful support and advice. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a home to enlist their services. I can't think of anything they didn't do an excellent job on!

I wouldn't think of referring anyone else. Judy Hoffman of Prospect Mortgage always goes above and beyond for both myself and our mutual clients. She gets the job DONE!!!!

I had a challenging mortgage situation but found Prospect to be a delight to work with, always clear about what they needed from me, and helpful and responsive throughout the process. I couldn't be more pleased.

Reuben was very accessible, he will answered me even after hours. He found me a nice loan. He understood my needs. Sometimes I thought I was asking for the impossible, but he always had an alternative. Before working with him, I already worked with two other loan officers, they made the process difficult and they were not available. I appreciate his help, and made my dream come true. I will definitely refer him to my contacts. Thank you again Reuben.

Our Loan Officer did everything and more to ensure that we were happy with the loan. Madeline Labbe-Marsh would bend over backwards, work on the weekends, answer her phone after hours and get us the answers we needed to feel comfortable with the process. I would recommend her to anyone who is even thinking about renovations to their home or a prospective family home to look her up and get on board with her!
