I can not speak for all the lenders at Prospect, But Lisa Kidd made our lives much less stressful. She always made things easier and explained the process as we went. Without Lisa Kidd in our corner it would have been a terrible ordeal. THANK YOU LISA KIDD.

Joanne Mullaney was wonderful. We came to her with a specific home in our sights, which we got. She took the time to understand our goals, gave us what we needed to act as quickly as we wanted to, and acted swiftly herself when needed (like when it came time to lock the rate). Joanne was clear, responsive, and nice throughout the process. Adena and Paul were equally helpful. My few legal questions were addressed by Cliff, an excellent attorney partnered with Prospect. I didn't have or want a buyer's agent, and I'm glad I didn't bother with one. We couldn't be happier.

I had a very bad experience with another bank, and Prospect Mortgage was recommended to me as an alternative. From the time I began the loan process I didn't feel like I was just another file, I felt like my home purchasing experience was important. My loan officer was very responsive and was always happy to answer any questions I may have had along the process. If issues arose, he came up with quick solutions and never made me feel like throwing in the towel was an option. I am happy that I used Prospect and will definitely use them again!
