I worked with Preston Sims on a loan for a new house in Honolulu. He came highly recommended by my realtor who is also a close friend. This was the third property I've purchased and the 5th loan I've applied for in the past 8 years. I've had decent experiences in the past but they all had their moments where I was pulling out my hair, and scrounging for obscure financial documents from my past. . . I just thought that was normal. With Preston and his team there was none of that. He went out of his way to make himself available to me at all times and carefully and articulately explained the details and scenarios of options. He was creative in finding ways to work the finances to my advantage and was very efficient in the approval process. When there were any issues, he calmly and confidently presentated a path forward so there was no stress. He even did small things that I would never expect like call the Seller's realtor to convey that financially I was a strong offer that wouldn't fall through and the reasons for that. I would absolutely recommend Preston to anyone looking for a mortgage. He will absolutely look after you and make sure you're getting the best rate and the best scenario for you and your family.

We could not have had a better person working for us. He went the extra mile to ensure that our loan would close even before we completed an application. There were a few bumps in the road but you could not tell because our loan officer made sure they were smoothed out. I am so happy with the service that we received and would gladly recommend the company and especially our loan officer. Couldn't have gotten a better person!!
