Brian Belcer and Lora Woodard saved the day after our loan had fell through with a previous lender. They worked very hard to get the loan closed before we lost the apartment that myself/family had occupied. This saved me the trouble of having to move my belongings into storage, move my family into my father's basement, and forfeit the deposit I had put down.
