Quin Bernhardt and Susan Peabody were most excellent in their level of communication and attention to my client, the real estate attorney and with me! I will be recommending Prospect Mortgage and Quin Bernhardt to all of my buyer clients!

I am so pleased with my experience with Prospect Mortgage! Our loan officer went above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate everything they have done to make my first home buying experience go as smoothly as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for a job well done!

Roger Dobson was extremely easy to contact throughout the process. My buyers and I were very happy with how easy he made everything. He sent us timely updates and anytime we had a question for him he answered his phone, email or text immediately. He was very proactive and took care of things immediately.

We were referred to Scott by our realtor as an amazing lender. He was able to get us pre approved with different options in just a few days. Unfortunately we decided to love our home and not sell it. Scott was able to identify our possible ability to refinance and due to the equity in our home. In less than a month the entire refi process was complete. His team was so amazing, we were so upset with the lack of flexibility in our appraiser; they quickly resolved the issue and were contacted by another in 24 hrs. This team is fantastic!! I would highly recommend and already have to friends and family!!! Thank!

Fernando Diaz and Prospect Mortgage is the only team that I trust to close my transactions. I have been working with Fernando for over 15 years and he has closed every single loan that I have giving him. I can't say enough about him. He is my go to Lender.

My Prospect loan Officer (Zach Larichiuta) did a great job to get me the best value and lowest payment on my new mortgage. He overcame numerous obstacles and was diligent at following-up and addressing issues that arose. Awesome job. I would highly recommend Zach and prospect. ~Matt J

I was thinking of refinancing when Don called and asked if I would like to refinance. It went fast from the beginning to signing. And I'm happy I did. My interest rates are now lower and all the bills are paid off.
