I have been very pleased with this company for my loan. They have been helpful throughout the entire process. I have already recommended this company to several of my friends who are looking for a great company for a home loan or refinancing!

I was actually working with another mortgage company and was not satisfied with their service. Prospect Mortgage was recommended and from the first day I met my loan officer I knew this company was working for me and my interests. They explained the process and every form . They took time to answer questions and if I left a voicemail they got back to me right away. I felt supported every step of the way. I am now living in my dream house.

Alice Gutlebin goes wave beyond what is expected for her clients. She cares deeply about them. This is our second loan with Alice and this one was complicated and involved. However, Alice got us through with a great result. We are so grateful for Alice at Prospect Mortgage.

Marla Barch, Prospect Mortgage Senior Loan Officer was very helpful during the application process, always available to provide answers to my questions; which were many, being first time home mortgage borrower. Documents were clear and understandable, she made every effort to get me the best rate on my mortgage. Given my experience during this process, I highly recommend her to anyone with mortgage needs. I have already recommended her to my friends and co-workers.
