Hi Melody,
We take reviews seriously, but this one doesn't match our records, so let us lay out what actually happened.
You first wrote to us on July 29 and received replies the same day, within minutes, from several agents. We tested your IP on our side and sent you the results: online, routing through New York. We then went through iOS-specific setup with you, and offered you a replacement IP in another US location. You declined the replacement and asked for a refund instead.
The proxy was delivered and working — verifiably so. What didn't work was the connection from your iPhone, which had a second provider's profile active on it at the same time. That is a device-side configuration issue, not a fault in the service, and we offered to keep working on it with you.
On billing: proxies are digital products and, as set out in our Terms (proxywing.com/policy), fees paid are non-refundable. Renewal is automatic by default and is stopped with the "Request Cancellation" button in the product card — we sent you a screenshot showing exactly where it is. Until that is used, the service stays active and continues to bill.
Your subscription has now been cancelled, so there will be no further charges. If you'd still like to get the IP working on your device, our team is available and the offer of a replacement location stands.
Best regards,
ProxyWing Team
