We have now ordered three Puckipuppy ebikes, 2 Labrador Pros and 1 Beagle 2. All three bikes are solid construction, comfortable, and reliable. The riding experience is exceptional on pavement and offroad. Even better, Puckipuppy's customer service is exceptional. I had to order a replacement part and the representative responded within a day. The company stands by its warranty. I highly recommend purchasing a Puckipuppy ebike for the reliability of the bike, warranty, and customer service.

I love the Boxer. I ride a combination of off-road trails and road. It will handle just about anything. Customer support is terrific. I have put 600 miles on mine in a year and just bought a 2nd bike for my wife! Thanks Puckipuppy.

Puckipuppy has consistently delivered high quality at a fair price. I have ridden over 2500 miles on my Labrador and it still rides like new. I am very impressed with the battery life and motor power. They also have the best customer support of any company. Buy one today!

After a lot of research and my first e-bike purchase I settled on the Boxer ST. This bike is amazing and has a lot of power. So many people have commented on my new bike with nice remarks. The bike came well packaged and was easy to put together. I have ridden over 80 miles so far. Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the seat that came on the bike. It was different than the one I saw reviewed. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new seat without any questions. I love this bike and how well it rides. Would highly recommend this bike. Love the color and everything about it.
