I purchased two bikes during the Mother's day sale and loving our bikes. We had some issues with the bike chargers and phone holders. However,the customer service was prompt and resolved the issues quickly. The followup customer service was great!!

I purchased a Boxer e-bike from Puckipuppy and everything has worked flawlessly. Already have hundreds of miles on it on different terrain such as trails and road riding. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an e-bike and the customer service has been very helpful and respond quickly.

My husband and I are super happy with our Corgi e-bikes and so far we can’t think of a thing that we don’t like about them. I had some questions about shipping after the ordering process but customer service clarified and answered each email within 24 hours or less The packaging was above and beyond and the bikes were pretty easy to assemble. They look really nice and we have had several compliments on them. The bikes are very easy to ride, super comfortable and the wide tires go through sand very easily. They are very powerful and so far we have ridden over 30 miles without any fear of running out of battery charge. The best part about our bikes is that we can bring our dogs along for the ride. Our small dog fits in the front basket and our large dog rides in a dog trailer which attaches perfectly to the frame of the bike which is pulled behind with no effort at all.

I need a little assistance on riding my bicycle due to my wife love to cycle. Get up in age and having COPD didn’t help me in riding with the wife. I did a lot of research and found that the Puckipuppy was the best in quality,price and support. I ordered the beagle bicycle and I could be more happy with the ease of putting the bike together and the support I received with miner questions. Now we are back on track with staying in shape and with the little help I needed to keep up with the wife. It has changed and improved the way we are able to get out and enjoy life together.. Had my Labrador for over a year now, Awesome bike Had a popping noise in shock that drove me crazy. Call em up and they sent me a new one, problem solved. Glad to see a company that backs their warranty.

My Beagle has been flawless. I ride it to work daily around 30 miles round trip. Bike rides very smooth and seat is comfortable. Welds, paint, and finish are beautiful. The $99 accessory kit was a great deal. Highly recommend this bike!

Great product and excellent customer service. Purchased the Boxer ST and a Corgi about 10 months ago.Both are great bikes and have many miles on them and absolutely no issues.Highly recommend this company for great products and prompt service
