I bought my Labrador in October of 2024. It was a breeze to assemble. I liked it so much I bought my girlfriend the Boxer. We trail ride down here in Florida almost every weekend. Customer service has been great and they usually respond to my emails by the next business day. I am now looking at the new dual motor Golden R. I don’t need another e-bike but I’m hooked. For a mid range priced trail e-bike, you can’t go wrong with the Pickapuppy.

I'm 80 years old so I got the trike instead of a bike. I had no problem with the assembly. Couldn't figure out where the reflectors went until I watched the video. Could only ride it one day as the temperature dropped 30 degrees Fahrenheit and it's freezing outside now. Can't wait for Spring.

I recently purchased a Boxer, Puckpuppy e-bike. I was amazed at everything that was included for the very reasonable price. The bicycle is easy to operate and my knees appreciate the help an e-bike offers. Their customer service has been excellent.

This bike is very heavy but easy to ride. Did get it up to 58 at one point. It is a smooth ride on the road. Live in a rural area with loose rocks and pot holes, no problem with this bike. Bought during winter so I haven't road it very far. Cannot wait for spring. Watch the video for assembly it was easy. The Xtras are nice too!

Bike came in great condition!! Easy to assemble, just a few small quirks not in the instructions but easily found a solution. Customer service got back to me less than 24 hours when I asked about missing accessories and they gave me a date for them to be shipped. Very excited to get some use out of my ebike!

Dont Buy! There is no customer service if you want to return your bike or cancel your order. They have another company that runs their “contact line”. You call nobody answers. You leave a mesg. They eventually call you back. The chat feature button is fake. They email your options everytime at 1:30 am est or later which is weird. If you want to return your bike or cancel an order you will be out money. If you Cancel your order they charge you 5 percent of the cost of the bike for “processing”. If return the 5 percent plus 300! For shipping it back. Cheaply made bike and an even cheaper company. For the same price get an Aveton or trusted brand. Atleast one accredited by BBB. Puckipuppy is not.
