The bed was just a little too soft for my wife. We sent it back. The whole process was great. The person who handled the situation was an outstanding employee. The return was simple and straightforward. I’ll definitely do business with them again if needed. A+

Well it’s half ok!
Well, looking at the bed and mattress from the foot the right side is wonderful. The left side however, is very uncomfortable. It seems to be lacking filling, and it is lower than the right. The wife and I are both 79 (she will be 80 next month) and we are unable to put the mattress on the floor to check it out. We could get it off but probably unable to get it back on the bed.

Best purchase ever
My experience with puffy company could not have been better. Their customer service people were beyond great. They go out of their way to help in any way you need. As for the mattress. I didn't expect such first night comfort. I thought it might take a few nights to get used to, but right off I hadn't had such a good comfortable sleep since I can't remember when. I have arthritis and a lot of aches that interfered with my sleep. I would wake up and have to turn over about every hour. With this mattress I have been sleeping so much longer and with far more comfort. This is the best purchase I think I have ever made.

We bought Lux queen mattress in October 2022, tried as recommended for 90days but did not work for us unfortunately. Return/refund process was very easy and quick, it was actually impressive. If anyone hesitate the purchase and try the mattress due to the fear of not able to try without risking no return/refund, my experience in that regard was the positive one.

A Happy Sleeper
I did a LOT of research on beds before choosing Puffy. I studied ratings and comments across many sites, and Puffy was rated one of the top mattresses. I also weeded out foreign made mattresses as I wanted one made in USA. The Puffy Lux Hybrid Mattress itself was rated Medium/Firm, which is accurate. Needing a bit softer feel for myself I added a soft Puffy Mattress topper and now it is perfect! Oh - and their customer service is very responsive!
