Monthly subscription automatically started!
I went in and decided to order 1 (one) bottle of the spray and get the free giveaway. When I got my receipt, it said my subscription would begin. I did NOT want to sign up for any kind of autoship subscription! I wanted ONE bottle to see if it worked. I've already gone through and hit "skip" for the next 2 subscription shipments. I'll wait for the one bottle I ordered and see if it works to decide if I want another.

I never agreed to a Monthly Subscription I bought 3 Bottles. If you're Product Works then I will decide if I want or need a Monthly Subscription. Please do not bill me again in February. Thank you Pasquale Varone

The product has been very good
The product has been very good. Our dog is getting old and we are trying to avoid dental care through the Vet. The need for automatic refills is unnessary since the product is good enough that we will reorder when needed.

My 16 year old husky
My 16 year old husky has been on it for a week she is already able to get up better and she's going up and down steps better after a week

I had trouble with my cart at first
I had trouble with my cart. Eventually I worked around it but I had trouble getting a hold of someone. Then the next time I had trouble someone called me and helped me fix it.
