I bought dr randy product believing it…
I bought dr randy product believing it would help with my dogs ears but guess what didn't work your product. I watch your 30 min video and believed what you was saying about how the product would help getting my dogs ear healthy and you flat out lied and wasted my hard working money. Thanks for nothing.

ITCHING GONE!
My multi poo was itching like crazy. I found out about Pup Labs and Dr. Randy on the internet. The spray I ordered for the itching works. My pup, Kobi is happy with no more itching and neither of us is losing sleep any more! We're very pleased with Pup Lab and the product!

Video too long!
If you were tied to the video from the vet, it was way too long and I quit watching it before the product information was presented. I personally don’t have the patience to last through this length of a presentation. There’s got to be a better way to expedite the process!

I DID NOT ORDER
I DID NOT ORDER: I was sent six bottles of clean ear which I had NOT ordered. I called the support number and was told that because I watched a video, I was sent the product. As I explained to the person I spoke with, I don't need this product.

I have my dogs on the ProDenta and it is amazing!! Both of my dogs no longer have "dog breathe", honestly I'm amazed.

The product is worth the value.
The product is worth the try. We battle with our pups ears daily. So far the ear cleaner seems to be working. This is great news for our pups. We’re continuing to use and we hope to keep their ear cleaner.
