We love and trust PuppyPad! Bought enough for a week so we can just wash a load and not skip a beat with our puppy potty training. Our Coco Chanel loves feeling successful marking the spot each time getting a treat. So many less accidents. Thanks PuppyPad!

Terrible company to use. I order one pad, the screen showed one price but they took a different amount out of my bank. After querying the difference they told me it was “exchange rate” which wasn’t mentioned anyway. I was then out of pocket. As they had put my order on hold and not told me, I asked for a refund. The money they returned was a lower amount to the original screen price and the amount they took. The same response “exchanges rates”. I am now several pounds out of pocket with no item and the company doesn’t care. I have sent several emails and they haven’t been bothered to response. Terrible
