I’m so happy with my puppy, Buddy , he has made such a difference in my life 💕I know longer drive but this was one of my best shopping ever. Puppy Spot is the greatest for online shopping!! I am forever thankful for their services, their care of Buddy when he was born and their delivery service was amazing and the driver who delivered him seemed like family, he was so kind and caring (Tom French). Buddy is my very best friend and I will be forever thankful for Puppyspot.

We are so happy with our new puppy! She is perfect. Puppy spot was so easy to work with from initial discussions to delivery! Highly recommend!

Amazing experience... flawless delivery was on time will actually 30mim earlier. I highly highly recommend the puppyspot .. we love our new addition.. thank you puppy spot

Puppy was delivered to us on a Saturday and 10 days later we had to take him to the vet. He has Giardia and the er and vet bill came up to 4k because he was so lethargic and vomiting. I have read other pet owners on Reddit post having the same issue and puppspot does not reimburse for the vet bills. I read the reviews and Reddit post after the purchase and told myself maybe it was a small percentage. But today after digging more online I see it’s not a small percentage it’s a problem.

We are very happy with our puppy! Arrived when scheduled. The only gaffe was a scheduled call from the breeder never happened. But the questions we had were resolved within a few days of getting our puppy.

I want to say from the beginning of doing business with Puppy Spot I always received support and comfort in acquiring m puppy. I would do it all over again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love the way the program is set up. The reassurance I got was just fabulous.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. THIS IS MY SECOND TIME ORDERING A PUPPY. I WILL NEVER DO IT AGAIN. THIS TIME AROUND I WAS LIED TO.

I asked the salesman at PuppySpot (Jordan) very specific questions about our puppy before we brought her home. I asked him if the puppy (5.5months) was potty trained, crate trained and if her ears were fully posted. He ensured me that the answer to all of these questions were Yes. But after getting the puppy home and speaking with the breeder directly, the answer to all of those questions is very much NO. It was these very specific questions/answers that led me to this $6K+ purchase. I would encourage your salesmen to reach out to the breeders for questions/answers like these before telling prospective buyers what they want to hear. We feel we were strongly mislead.
