The presentation was very informative. I've been researching my hair loss and it was all very truthful and factual. It made sense. The site was easy to navigate. I have great hope that this will help with my hair needs. The only concern I have was the products at the end. If these are truly necessary then tell us in the orginal presentation. I have great hope in this product!!

The company offers 365-days money-back-guarantee, but that is a scam, if you live outside of the US. To get your money back, you will have to return your empty bottles to the company. Living outside of ths US, that will cost you at least USD 100 + the risk of ridiculous toll-amounts. Off course, the company knows that nobody will return any empty bottles at that price. So the 365-days money-back-guarantee is a scam and a ridiculous set up in a world with climachanges. Why on earth do you have to send 3 empty plasticbottles by plane all the way to US to get your money back?? And by the way - their products doesn't work. So stay away.

So VERY informative!!! Only annoying thing was all the Add-Ons. If the shampoo proves as claimed, I would be TOTALLY faithful to your product line. Do you have an Online Catalog, IF your shampoo results prove true???

I just ordered products, so haven't tried them yet. I am hopeful the hair products will live up to my expectations. I did not like the upsell prior to checkout. The information was not clear. It was "buy 2 get 2 free." $24.50 per bottle. Considering 2 were free I was expecting to be charged $49.00. Nowhere did it give me a subtotal until I clicked the "add to my order" button. It charged my credit card $98.00 for this add- on, without giving me the opportunity to back out of the sale. I was very disappointed. I will be hesitant to buy anything else from any company that does this. Do Better. Be straight forward. If your products are truly that good, you wouldn't need to use these deceptive practices. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
