I have tried the Hydro lift shampoo and I absolutely love it. I am 62 years old and this stuff has turned my hair into more than manageable supple shiny like when I was much younger. I take care of my hair on a regular basis and scalp not very many products have moved me away from what I have originally used, but this was a game changer. However, I got an auto shipped twice in one month leaving me with 12 bottles of shampoo. Customer support was nothing to write home about. It was a generic letter response, which really didn't address my issue then I gotta follow up saying sorry to see you. Go, with no information as to the status in between there. What is not OK is a big company like this makes an error the customer has to eat it. That is simply not OK. And the error is an algorithm program, which needs to be seriously corrected with so many people complaining about it. This is how trust is broken. I have to add after receiving the reply from appearance that it was par for the course! Nothing was done to accommodate the customer the bull crap they say that they're going to send this to the appropriate division has already been done so many times just based on the reviews of screw ups on shipments. At this point, I guess I don't care how good a product is if the company doesn't stand behind their errors and try to make accommodations or corrections.. so with that said I will not be buying again. When a mistake is made generic dismissal is not the answer. That's a terrible business model.
