The shipping dept needs training in how to ship the product properly. The glass jars need to be surrounded by packing materials and not just stuffed on top. The box should be marked fragile. This is never done and the product arrives broken or ruined almost every time.

I have only received half my order, yet my credit card is charged

Disappointed that for the second time I had an order fail to ship. The automated messaging system works fine but after being notified of shipment, order status and tracking did not change. I contacted customer support after a week of no change and a replacement was in immediately sent (thank you). There seems to be a weak link between shipment notification and actual receipt of shipment.

The original shipment never arrived and I reached out to the seller and they said it was damaged in transit and returned to seller. I can understand that, but they should have notified me and resent it. However, once I contacted them about the missing package, the rep did send another order out. It was just received today and 1 of the bottles was completely spilled into the bag with the other bottles. So, besides the mess that we now have to deal with, we lost 1 bottle that was paid for. Maybe they need to rethink their packaging if bottles break this frequently in transit.

I’ve ordered something almost 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything and just emailed the customer service twice, but no response. Their customer service 800 # does not accept calls at this time. It’s frustrating.

you got off to a great start but your delivery was much later than expected. In fact it completely missed the window for when I needed it.
