Of a 12pk case of 32 oz liquid soap" many of the caps weren't on tight. Missing about 1 bottle in total of leaked liquid, box wet with soap. otherwise, everything's great. The shipping trucks will all get a cleaning now too.

Due to the recent inclimate weather, apparently there were some issues with shipping. Initially, I was very distraught as the product I ordered is often out of stock locally. However, after several communications trying to seek a resolution, they were able to re-ship my order and it arrived very well packed and with no further problems. I appreciate their efforts in obtaining a positive outcome.

We had originally purchased your wildflower honey locally which my husband loved. Thought I was buying more of the same but instead it’s raw honey. Husband hates it. Please help me return/exchange the remaining 5 bottles of the raw honey!

The product is excellent, but I wasn't able to follow the progress of the package from the tracking link. I have trouble with package deliveries so wanted to know when it was being left at my home. I was home when it was delivered, so all is good.
