QiblatainReviews of qiblatain.com

I booked my first Umrah ever with Aasma and it was an excellent experience. Aasma took care of everything I needed the way I like, she took in mind every little detail I asked her for. I strongly recommend Qiblatain and ask for agent Aasma

I recently travelled for Umrah with this agency, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, they delayed the hotel booking in Makkah, and because of that the breakfast that was originally included in our package was cancelled. We were told we had to cover it ourselves even though we had paid the full amount long in advance. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. Second, the hotel in Madinah was changed and the new hotel was extremely poor in quality, dirty, and nowhere near the standard we were promised. We couldn’t rest properly, and it genuinely affected our whole trip and our comfort during Umrah. To be fair, the transportation service was the only thing they handled well. The buses and pickups were on time and organized. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism in the hotel arrangements, especially considering we paid early and trusted their service. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Great communication; definitely give them a call

The customer service I received was outstanding. The representative Aasma was knowledgeable, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everything was handled smoothly and with genuine care. I’m very satisfied with the level of service and highly recommend them.

I recently booked my Umrah trip through Brother Zubair at Qiblatain Travels, and the entire experience was excellent. Brother Zubair was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He guided us through every step of the process from visa arrangements to Hotel bookings and made sure we were comfortable and well-informed. The package was exactly as promised, and everything went smoothly Alhamdulillah. I highly recommend Zubair and Qiblatain Travels for anyone planning their Umrah journey.
