Stay away frustrating experience. Paid for the premium plan expecting stable dynamic QR codes, but links kept failing intermittently. Analytics numbers didn’t match real traffic, and customer support took over a week to reply. They wouldn’t issue a refund even though the problems were ongoing.

Their irrelevant and annoying marketing emails from Lxxxx Gxxxxx support at qrcodekit.com do not have an unsubscribe button. This is unprofessional and a bad practice. Had to block their domain from my mail server.

I have been using this for the past 3 years . If you don’t need anything outside of the online services , then it’s perfect . But as soon as you start experiencing issues , then support is atrocious, non existent. We have been experiencing 3 major outages and there is no one to talk to !

Is a misleading advertisement: it says that you can make a free trial by having ONE free QR code (and it is not specified that it has limited value in time) implying that the first QR code is free and, if you like the system, you can sign up, pay and make other QR codes. So it becomes a blackmail, because we created a QR code printed on dozens of copies of a product, considering to create latelay more codes for a fee, but after 2 weeks we got the blackmail of having to pay a QR code that should have been free, and they canceled it, so now that QR code doesn’t lead to the desired page, creating a big problem to the company, as if he had put in the cellar and tied up his own friend. It's ridiculous to consider the "test" for a site that creates QR code as "a trial period of ONE code" (besides on the site is not clarified in this sense), if it had been immediately and directly communicated a "paid version" we would have used it, but at that moment, looking for a site togenerate a QR code before sending the file to the print shop we used this site, considering to sign up later, waiting to get if it was a half-scam or not, and in fact we did well not to subscribe and not use a paid version because it is tremendously not serious to attract users with this "trick". So, we decided to replace it with stickers doing it with another site that REALLY offers a free QR code (forever working) and then we will pay other products by subscribing. In so much competition it is really foolish to create such a phishing and blackmail people afterwards.

Now, back to the slightly less dramatic world of QR codes... We're genuinely sorry for any confusion. We pride ourselves on transparency, and while our marketing tagline isn’t “Try the Professional plan free for 14 days and THEN decide if you want to continue, remember there’s also a Free plan tucked away just in case you don’t fancy the paid ones”, maybe it should be! By the way, during our 14-day trial you can create not ONE, but up to 1,000 dynamic QR codes. On a serious note, we understand the inconvenience you’ve experienced, especially with the printed materials involved. So here’s what we’ll do: restore that QR code and place it under our completely Free plan. No strings attached, no friend in a cellar, and certainly no blackmail. uQR was great while it lasted. I’m not a power user, but I ended up doing more with it than I ever expected. Their customer service was responsive and helpful—until a management or ownership change shifted everything. Promises made on the front end weren’t honored, and when I pointed this out, the response was a blunt, "Well, things have changed." If you purchase an unlimited package for 10 years, you expect unlimited—not a downgrade. I’ve moved on, and if I were you, I’d look for alternatives. You never know when "things have changed" will come for you too.

I was mislead and now I have to purchase a plan every month. Before creating a code there is no information that you are creating a dynamic code. In order to use it later, you have to have a plan. Only static codes are for free but you don't get any information about that. So be careful before using. I was offered to create a new code and a refund of the first payment I had to make. But since I need to use the code for at least a year from now so none of the options fits. And now I will have to pay only because they mislead new clients. And their promise of trying to make the changes doesn't make my situation solved...
