I had a problem and Jerry resolved it. Eventhose it was my fault, he was patient and understanding. Sometimes we dont do things right. This guy deserves 10 stars not 5! The company is lucky to have you!

Running ad that states "Plagiarism Checker | Free Fast Accurate - Quetext" in the heading. Email required to sign up. No useable (small word minimum) free plagiarism checker on site, just an offer to upgrade to Pro. Classic bait and switch on new users. Going back to Grammarly.

I was charged a fee and don’t even have a Quetext Pro account. Tried calling the only number listed and keep getting a message saying that my call couldn’t be completed. Terrible!!! Now I have to wait for an email response. In the meantime, the charges are still on my account. UPDATE: I was able to get my situation resolved via email. Very prompt response. Looks like my situation was due to hackers using Quetext platform to bill me for a service I didn’t have. I still wish I could’ve made a call and that the phone number listed was a working number. However, I do feel very satisfied that once I sent an email, the response was prompt and charges were reversed within a few days. Thanks!!!
