This company continued to charge me and submit late work even after they were reminded in advance. I was charged for 2 assignments that they stated were no included in the initial pricing. Even after I shows proof that they were supposed to do them.

Hey there, Neaka, thanks for reaching out. Please accept our apologies for the frustrating experience that you had, as this is not the kind of service we aim to provide for sure. Could you be so kind to add your task numbers to the review? This will help us find you in our client management system and find out why we failed to meet your expectations. Thank you in advance!

This company started off great. Great communication and easy payment transaction. Unfortunately after payment I didn't receive any communication, they missed the agreed upon deadline, didn't complete the course in its totality which now forces me to take the course again smh. Also a refund of pennies was returned as a credit to quiz easy without my permission. I reached out many times with no response and this is why I'm leaving this review. I paid a lot of money to have a course completed by a deadline and it wasn't completed and I didn't receive a refund that I can deposit into my personal account. I didn’t request a credit I want the assignment completed and since it hasn't been completed I want a refund.

Hey there! Please, accept our sincere apologies for this frustrating situation and all the inconveniences it caused you. This is definitely not the level of services we aim to provide. Would you please add a task number to this review so that we could investigate this situation and check how we can resolve the issue? We really appreciate your honest feedback and hope you will give us one more chance.

If I could give a half star or no star review I would. It has been the worst experience ever. First they charge outrageous rates. Which I paid Bc money wasn’t a huge issue. Then they failed multiple assignments. One being a test and a quiz. Then issued a refund that could only be put in credit with them and a 10% discount. When asked to speak to a supervisor they don’t have one. It is all automated. Another instance was two days I paid for a basic assignment to get done. They agreed to have it done. Later that night “can we have 6 more hours” I gave them 12 hours and they still had to text me and could not complete it.

Hello there, Tyler! Thanks for your honest feedback. We’re really sorry we had to ask for more time and couldn’t find an available expert to help you. Unfortunately, such situations do happen due to the high workload of our experts, but they are very rare. We always do our best to make sure you get the assistance you need on time. As for refunds they can be issued either to your QuizEasy balance or to your card. We always provide these two options and let the client choose. We’ve checked our customer management system and saw that the first refund has been issued to your balance plus a 10% bonus as agreed with you. The refund for the task in question has been issued to your card as requested. Please, expect it in 3-5 business days. Once again, we are so sorry for any inconvenience. As a token of our apology we’ve added a $25 bonus to your balance and hope you’ll give us a second chance. We’ll do our utmost to prevent such situations in the future.
