Shipping is confusing
Quick delivery of the extra battery but still waiting on the main unit after a week. Even though it shows everything was delivered I'm still waiting on the Wave II. Update, The app that tracks says everything was delivered but the email does have two tracking numbers. It's been over a week and now says was supposed to be delivered today Monday now says it's been delayed. Last checked in Pennsylvania.

Hi Eddie, sorry for the confusion there. The order does not show that everything has been delivered, however. The two tracking numbers are clickable. You can click on them, and it will bring you directly to the tracking information on the carrier’s website, which will show that the other package is scheduled for delivery today! Great price and turnaround - poor shipping
The price and turnaround time was great, but my purchase was a gift and it showed up with the mailing label on the outside of the product package and the box pretty beat up.

Let me start with the good things about…
Let me start with the good things about this company, they responded quickly to my emails, customer support is good! I was shopping for the EcoFlow glacier and found this company on google, never heard of it before, the price was good but very close to Amazon prices, then I received an email asking me to sign up for an extra discount, I gave them my email address and all I got was a link to the website where they were supposedly offering a discount on n EcoFlow, I felt that it was misleading because if they asked me to sign up for a discount, they should have given me the 11% they were apparently offering. I received an email from Zac and after explaining my issue and telling him how their email subscription doesn’t really offer a discount for signing up,(he offered me $20.00 off) and that I didn’t trust them more than Amazon, told me to stay with Amazon, which I did.

Hi Victor, in looking back at correspondence, the discount you were offered for signing up was accurate. The pop up ad stated “up to 11%.” Due to high freight and warehouse costs on certain products, we are not able to offer the same discounts across all products, which is why it states, “up to.” With our quick human responses and thousands of 5 star reviews across various online channels, we hope there wouldn’t be any trust issues. However, we would never ask our customers to do anything that they’re not comfortable with. If we can be at all helpful to you down the road, we will be here, ready and happy to help!

First off I like the product offerings…
First off I like the product offerings along with competitive pricing. However, I tried unsuccessfully to obtain discounts that were offered. Dispite repeated attempts to do so. This may factor into my decision to expand product offerings thru RacUp+Go.

Fast but lack communication if you have issues
Did well and got product to me fast, however when I received bad screws and reached out by email, there was no reply back, it’s been 5-6 days now. Considering I needed this product by a certain date for a camping trip and there has been no attempt to reach back to me to rectify the situation I’m not appreciative of. My friend gifted me the water tank portion, which also was missing the fitting and tank caps. He was successful in obtaining those bits in time. I purchased the mounts and water accessories separately. The mounts which contained the screws I had an issue with. One of four of the screws that’s used for mounting the metal bracket on two brackets looks like to me were machined incorrectly. If I wasn’t planning on off roading with this product it wouldn’t have been an issue but in this case it was. A prompt email would of been great but I only received a reply after I gave an honest review here.

Order didn't ship
Order didn't ship, so after a coulple weeks I had to contact the customer service. Apparently order got lost. They did handle the issue promptly and shipped item within a coupe days. No issue with merchandise.

Thank you for your feedback, James. This is certainly a fair review, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in fulfillment. As discussed, when your order was entered on June 15th, our automated shipping system didn't recognize the address that was entered on the order, so it was put on hold. In those situations, we are supposed to receive a notification of the error, but that was missed. About a week later, on the 23rd when we realized the hold status, we forced the order through manually, and it was shipped out the same day. This was a total miss on our part, and we hope we're able to gain your trust and your business back in the future so that we can prove these mistakes are very uncommon. Communication lacking
Ordered the less expensive bike rack in November and heard nothing concerning the delivery schedule, until I inquired after 2 months. The response that I received was the factory was backed up, it was a newer product line and the factory is not communicating to the salesperson. After another month I again inquired and received a similar response but I was told that an expensive version ( 60%increase )of the back rack could be readily shipped . I was desperate so I purchased the more expensive rack. I received it within 5 days of ordering the more expensive version.

Thank you for your feedback, Tom! After looking through the correspondence, it seems you had requested to pre-order while the item was out of stock. We advised that we are not set up to take pre-orders, however at continued request, we obliged while reiterating that the manufacturer had no ETA at that time. Unfortunately, due to pandemic shutdowns and staffing complications, the manufacturer became further and further backlogged. In an effort to get you taken care of more quickly, we offered a similar rack from a different manufacturer, and provided a higher discount as a good-will offering. We are very sorry your experience is not what you would have preferred, but unfortunately, we are still not set up to handle pre-orders. If you are in need of something in the future that is in stock with us, we would love the opportunity to show you why we are nothing short of a 5 star service. Thank you for your business!

Would have got 5 stars but they charged…
Would have got 5 stars but they charged me for 2 mounts when they only had one, I don't like getting my hopes up for things and then it not happen 😕

Very sorry again for the inventory discrepancy, Blake. I see you ordered 2 so that you could take advantage of the discount, but due to our system error, we of course offered to give you the discount anyway, which you agreed to, and I see that we refunded the 2nd item in full within minutes. During the COVID pandemic, the supply chain has been inconsistent, and we are doing everything we can to stay on top of that. Regardless, your frustration here is completely understandable.
