RackUp+GoReviews of rackupgo.com

Rackup+Go was great and they had great communication and shipped the items fast. Had issues with FedEx and they kept putting boxes on different trucks which made boxes get a little damaged and delayed shipments which caused a complaint call on FedEx or would have given 5 stars.

This company is prompt with shipping and offers competitive pricing

I give it 5 star since I didn't have anything problem with my shipment date scheduled was on point no complaint would order again if I have anymore stuff I want to add on.

The purchase was seamless. There was a small issue with my purchase that did get addressed but due under staffing it took a little longer than I thought It should. I would use them again.

All was good except the delivery was at home and I looked and saw delivery had been dropped off. So if I had a problem with the item I would have had to contact u guys.

Everything as advertised. All the pieces are included, winch is brand new. Box was completely crap, but it's the contents that matter. Will be installing it soon on the Rubicon.

Rackup+Go was very helpful and responsive during my product selection. I purchased 2 units and one was damaged on arrival. Rackup+Go responded with a new unit arriving before I got the old one sent out, GREAT JOB !! I would give 5 stars but they have little or no technical support on the product I purchased. But they did what they could to help, great company.

I thought the experience was 5 stars but lost a point because the tape on one side of the box was old, brittle and almost completely peeled off. I'm lucky that the contents didn't fall out. Please check before you send out.
