I have experienced the most outstanding example of customer service. I maintain a website that delivers weather information as a community service to residents of Oakland, California. Neither Rage/Everweb nor I created the website, which is a template with many many scripts to deliver information and data. Due to the international security PHP issues of October 22, the website went down. Despite not being covered by EverWeb’s Customer Service, Paul and others edited the scripts and brought them in line with the current version of PHP. I cannot thank Rage and EverWeb enough.

I just love this company as they reply to any problem so swiftly. It just feels like a family firm .. no chat bots just real humans … well done

The EverWeb product is packed with features. I consider myself only modestly skilled with technology, yet I was able to build a customized website to my satisfaction. The user manual is helpful, and the video tutorials are excellent. Their demonstrations of features and how to utilize them help even someone at my skill level to achieve excellent results. Of special note is the level of customer service they provide. Their Knowledge Base provides answers to many issues you might run across when building your site, and if you can’t find your answer there, opening a support ticket will get you a super fast response from one of there experts. I have been able to overcome any problem I’ve faced thanks to their excellent technical support. I strongly recommend!

I thought I was going to need to wait to get a response to my email support request. Not so. John answered immediately, so fast it felt like texting. He took care of my problem instantly. I've been an Everweb customer for years. They consistently provide the best customer service and tech support, and great software.

If I could give Everweb 10 stars I would. I ran into a couple Of issues transferring a website to another computer and the support was great. They gave very simple and clear directions I was able to easily follow. I have had to reach out for support a handful of times and each time the team has gone above what my expectations. I also work in tech support for a computer aided design program so I understand what it can be like. BTW I have nothing to do with Everweb(EW) Without doubt EW has the absolute best tech support of any program I own or have ever owned. Not only are they seemingly 24 hours and not only polite, direct and knowledgable they don't just direct you to a webpage or a Help page. Instead they actually outline the steps required to rectify the issue. In my case it's nothing to do with the software as such but just my knowledge mostly. I have used them over the years and each and every time the service and attitude is the best in the business. This makes using EW such a pleasure, plus it works so well! Thank you EW Tech Support!!!
