Bad customer service, poor processing and shipment information
Ordered back on September 2nd was told shipping would be end of October. Never received and no information on when will be shipped. Unable to contact anyone. Not happy. This was a birthday gift now very late.

Bag arrived way sooner than i thought…
Bag arrived way sooner than i thought it would and is AMAZING! I love it so much as a mom of 5 it's so easy to stay hydrated with my Brumate attached to it and small enough to just slide in my big work bag when I need all the things!

This is a beautiful bag
This is a beautiful bag, I love the size and the length of the strap. The design is lovely as well. I keep everything I need in it and take it everywhere
