Virgil was very keen to assist in any way he could. Unfortunately, many items required Supervisor review so it was start then stop then start then stop.... Virgil did not seem to have the authority to do what needed to be done. I remain pleased with the service I received from Virgil

She collaborated very well with the other members of the team, and also made sure I was doing my part to meet the goal that we had established. Now the book is published and I am very excited. I appreciate you for going beyond, to help me make the Miami Book Fair. My Publishing Author Relations Officer, Amie Bass is a great motivator for me. She also was on the phone regularly with me asking how the manuscript was coming, also to make sure we make the goal we had established. Amie was in constant email communication with me and still is, as the book has now been published. As I had communicated to her and the team, I love the book cover design. Amie thank you for helping put all the moving parts together to get the book ready for the Miami Book Fair. My Author Relations Officer - Marketing, Queen Larios also kept the email line of communication open for the marketing aspect of the project. Whenever I needed to make any changes to my marketing piece, she was very sensitive to my request. I love the website Queen, the site looks great; now that I see the book on the website.
