Horrible experience ordered over a month ago received a email 4 days later claiming that they didn’t have 3 out of 4 of my items I ordered they asked me if I wanted something else I responded that I would like a refund well that has turned into a cluster. They won’t respond at all they have blocked me and ignored any form of communication and I still haven’t received my order or refund and I’m out the money I paid for the order. Don’t ever buy from this place they are a scam company and will steal your money I have reached out to the BBB and also a lawyer to get my money back also I am trying to work with my bank to get the money back as well.

Do not order from them. Placed an order in Feb, the responded back that the item was not in stock. I immediately responded back asking for a refund, then again 2 weeks later. In May they said I never responded and have a store credit (with no info how to use store credit). Sent screenshots of my requests for refund and multiple emails since and no reply. They will steal your money.

I purchased my second order for five shirts at good prices. I inquired two weeks later about possible shipping date. I get a whole new invoice with higher prices and different money amounts minus one shirt. When I complained Rebel Reaper ignored and block me. I complained on social media and then I got narrative that it was out of their control and was their app and that I would have to pay again on my paid order to receive my items that they were still sending me invoice on but they didn't know what I ordered. I ended up taking it to Federal Trade Commission and sending them all the proof. Then a miracle happen, they gave me my money back. All I wanted was what I already purchased. No more no less. Worse experience Ever buying a leather vest from This company.when I called them Their costumer service didn’t do anything for me and On top of that they hang up the phone on me( Very unprofessional) The carrier they use lost My vest, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Worse ,Worse experience ever so frustrating dealing with these guys. Even the owner wouldn’t do anything for me when I asked for a replacement vest or Refund. I had to call mY CC company to process a Chargeback on them . 👎🏻 I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. Don t make the same mistake I made, “Giving these guys a chance” .
