I would like to stop my refills from going through as my skin is too sensitive for this. I can’t use the RX cream.

I had my consultation to try a different product and it worked well. When I went to reorder, it said that I had to pay $20 for another consultation, even after I answered all the questions. I do want to reorder but do not feel the $20 consultation fee is warranted. The cost of the products are high enough.

Thank you for your feedback Mark. Some treatments your provider may only provide you with a single refill as they want to do a follow up to make sure the treatment is working for you, or you aren't experiencing any adverse effects from the medication. Then during either your initial or your follow up questionnaire, you can choose to get additional refills and/or a longer days' supply on our treatments so that you can avoid these additional consultation costs. If ever you have any questions on our services, our patient care team would be happy to help you if you want to give us a call at 844-733-2697.

The Doctor was very caring and understanding to my needs. He gave me several suggestions to help with my care. I have been receiving care and medication for about 3 years. The delivery is flawless, and arrives either the day before or the day I needed the new medication. Do not stop doing what your doing. Charlie B
