First time using them and it was easy, fast and cheap. They took under consideration my preference and everything was done fast. I was able to save money as well which is great. I will definitely continue to use them

They really made it easy. My son needed a refill on his medication but after he lost his job, he also lost his insurance and care provider who was with Kieser.

I'm glad we were able to help your son while he was without a provider or insurance. We have many patients that don't have insurance or have limited coverage. For most, our prices are lower than they can get through a retail pharmacy and they get the added convenience of online care.

Fast, easy, and cheap. I have insurance and a dermatologist, but Whenever I see her in office after insurance it’s $200 that’s not including if she does any procedures. So I use redboxrx for my tretinoin simple because it saves me money. I’ve had 3 scripts filled now and it’s at my house in four days (that includes the consultation, everything) have not had any problems with redboxrx so far it’s a win.

I find this is definitely the easiest app to use when ordering Latisse online. They’re not secretive or they don’t trick you. They’re just very clear what you need to do and whether you need a doctors prescription, etc. I would’ve given them a five star except I think the generic Latisse is very poorly discounted compared to the brand name. It’s almost the same price and I just wish it was cheaper but nothing is cheap these days. This is my one and only splurge on myself so I guess I’m worth it😀

Thanking for sharing Terry. We have treatment plans for bimatoprost (generic Latisse) with varied discounts depending on quantity. We would be happy to walk you through those to find the best deal if you'd like or simply explore all of our options on our website.

This was a easy quick process I've not received my order yet but so far I'm pleased. And my order was approved in about 30 minutes...

It looks like your order was delivered today Milo. If you have any questions about your treatment we have pharmacists available Monday through Saturday to address any questions or concerns you have.

They take your money for the consultation, but don't provide the appropriate prescription. You can't talk to the provider at all, which is not really the provider caring for you at all. This is the biggest problem. When I called to correct things, customer service offered me a free re-consultation. However the second provider read that the first prescription was canceled and rejected writing the prescription without reading. Again, since I have no way to communicate with thr provider, they are not actually providing care to me, the patient. There are better services than this and I would not use redbox rx again.

I'm sorry you were not able to get the help you needed and I apologize if your reconsideration consult left you without resolution. Our policy is if our providers are not able to give you a prescription to treat your condition, we offer a refund for the visit fee. Please contact us at 844-733-2697 and we would be happy to process that for you.
