I've been Dealing with Redbox for a while now. Every request I've made the Prescriber with pictures to follow has always accommodate me. So now I'm moving up to a Stronger Prescription to try to conquer my situation! Thank you Redbox.

I placed an order and submitted my survey on Jan 7th, they said it was approved and processing for shipping the next day. On January 16th I reached out to them because nothing had arrived and I hadn't received shipping details. It took them two full business days to respond to that and the email I received back was literally blank. I finally heard back from someone who said "Unfortunately, the strength of your medication has not had a stable supply. This has resulted in a delay in shipping your prescription to you. Our pharmacy is actively trying to order daily but at this time we have not been able to process your prescription. We are expecting a shipment soon. Please know that we will process and ship your order as soon as we receive supply." They already charged me for both the visit and the prescription, but can't tell me when it will ship. My next 'autofill' is scheduled in another two weeks and my original hasn't even shipped out yet. Their team is unresponsive. I asked them to cancel my shipment and refund me but have not heard back, so I'll probably have to file for a chargeback with my bank. Ridiculously horrible customer service.

Excellent shipping, fast response time with my requested medications. Only complaint is the additional Dr consultants fee when I went to renew for the next month. Misleading that the initial fee will be every time you want to order ? Likely won't order again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback Lisa. If you have refills on your prescription, they will process automatically without having to complete another consultation. If you select a treatment option that is for a single fill, to get additional fills another consultation would be needed. Another consultation is also required any time you need to make changes to your treatment, like the quantity or strength. Please reach out to us at 844-733-2697 if you have further questions!

Usually they're great, but lately RedBoxrx has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I never write bad reviews, but feel the need to warn others who are relying on important prescriptions-especially mental health related ones. My first prescription was marked as 'delivered' but I never received it. Redbox made me pay for a second prescription. The second one never shipped. I called 5 days later and they FINALLY let me know they were out of my pills. Sure would have been nice to know a week earlier without having to send 3+ emails and multiple phone calls. This caused me to completely withdraw from my mental health medication, which is not only dangerous, but completely affected my ability to work and gave me some horrible side effects. I was finally able to reach their customer service and they tried to charge me ANOTHER $70 to have my prescription transferred over to my local pharmacy. Keep in mind I'd already paid an EXTRA $30 for a second prescription since the first had been lost. Luckily, they waved the fee once I let them know it was unacceptable I'd be getting charged yet another fee for transferring my prescription, when it was their fault they were out of stock in the first place. This was a total time-sucking nightmare. Please beware that if you are looking for a reliable way to get medication, this might not be the best place to get it. Unfortunate, because I do appreciate what they're trying to do to make medication accessible and affordable. Hopefully they get it together!

Thank you for providing your honest feedback Sky. Like other pharmacies, we are occasionally effected by medication shortages or back orders. If you have not received a shipping notification within 48 hours after your purchase, please reach out to our patient care team. They will do whatever they can do get you an alternative treatment if needed until we are able to ship yours. We are also working on a better notification system when orders may be delayed so you will have that information without contacting us.

I sat in the video link for my appointment for 20 minutes with no response. I called their support line and was told I needed to be seen by an in person Dr. Since I took Depakote over 20 years ago! Now I am having to go through an entire process to receive a refund.
